Refunds Damages & Issues
*Please inspect your order upon receiving your item(s). Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) if there are any damages or issues with your products. We will be glad to exchange the item if at all possible.
*Exchanges & Returns are VOID if the item has been washed or worn.
Returns/Exchanges
*At this time we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the product you received. Exchanges will only be allowed if there was an issue at fault of April's Sew Vinyl. All SALE items are FINAL SALE! They will not be eligible for returns. Shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds
*We do not refund if your order gets held behind schedule with shipping delays due to COVID or any other issue beyond our control as owners. Absolutely NO personalized items will be refunded. If for some reason there is another issue at fault of April's Sew Vinyl you will be refunded fully. Please be aware it can take several days for the transaction to show up on your bank statement.
